Dealing with Anxiety and High Blood Pressure at Work

I have all of your conditions. I’m on Xanax for anxiety and Emgality for migraine. I take 2 blood pressure meds. All of these meds eliminated these problems.

I've got one of those ✋ If you go to your GP or emergancy room (do not suggest, that's so expensive) they can give you a list of local providers who accept your insurance. I personally was set up with a therapist and prescriber when I was in a mental hospital partial program. So that's another expensive option haha I believe you can also Google it and find local therapists and prescribers that take your insurance but I don't have personal experiance with that
