Sudden Vertigo: What Could Be the Cause?

Yep! Getting something cold on my face often helps.

Yes… sit or lay on cold floor and try not to pass out. But honestly that’s the only thing I can do/think to do when it happens.

Yes! Its like I can feel the world spinning around me for a brief period? Unfortunately I haven't found a remedy yet

Yes! That’s called vertigo! My biggest trigger for it is eating too much sugar, so I balance it out by drinking a ton of water and eating lots of protein! If you can find what might trigger yours, it’ll make resolving it much faster!

Yes this happens to me. I just take it as a cue that I need to sit down and rest

Yeah i’ve had that happen once before. It was really random and i’m not sure what caused it. i don’t know of anything that would help but i just wanted to let you know ur not alone:)
