hi ! i’m here today ! for my first time. i have some big health stuff but i struggle very much at the moment with my mental health i know skills i take my meds i am just at a place i am not familiar with in my life. trying to be healthy but my mind like to ruminate. make up ideas or motives of others just trust . i just want to have people who understand. i am a licensed peer support specialist and I have done some public speaking on the stigma of mental health I just suddenly in the last year have gotten into a place that I’m not comfortable with I can’t even help myself at this moment. it SUCKS
