I was pretty much in bed for two days. I really enjoy my job but I hate weekends if I don't have any plans. I never know if this is due to my low dopamine due to my ADHD or if I have some mild depression. I want to say its the former. I used to think I might be depressed before I learned what low dopamine can look like.
