For me it’s trying to be compassionate with myself the way a loving and good parent would. Baby steps must be acknowledged and celebrated, this is hard work! And building a body of evidence to contradict your anxiety- ie: I feel really unproductive and I’m afraid I’m being lazy, but since writing down my daily accomplishments every day for a week, I can see that I’m really not lazy. I’m actually very busy!
