I had an IEP, and had them add an accomodation allowing me to listen to music during class (not that every teacher abided by it).

My biggest sign that I was anxious was that I’d start focusing on my breath. I’d be scared to breathe because I thought people could hear me. It did actually kind of help a little, to be brave and steady out my breath, and keep my heart rate down

look at the assignment list and write how to out how to do each along with the due date and set them on your calendar if it’s interaction with people make sure you busy either with writing notes or planning your schedule for another class .. chew gum/ or have candy come to class early to plan where to sit to have the least interaction with people
lemme give a full run down
I ended up buying a white colored pen so I could doodle on my papers without it getting in the way of the assignment
Doodling helps sometimes
You could try using fidget toys or something small to fidget with during class, you could also ask your teacher if you can listen to music or a podcast you enjoy. Hope this helps :)

Usually dig things into the inside of my thumb. Typically my drawstrings
I put a lot of effort in my work from each class. I was an overachiever anyway so I just did my assignments as detailed as possible. Information called me down and filling my head with info instead of being around people, people watching me, trying to speak, feeling judged, or worrying about what I'm doing wrong. If I'm working, or busy, no body messed with me. I didn't have many friends and I really got along with teachers the most. But I was cool with that.
I use fidget toys and am allowed to have music playing quietly through headphones
When I’m anxious In class I practice stillness. I get curious about my how im feeling in that very moment and I become mindful of the feelings. I remember the saying “this too shall pass”. I kinda use to *zap* thoughts that im clinging to so I can continue to be mindful and simply aware.
I remember my drama is outside the door and try to leave it there when I walk in
In terms of actually being in class, I figet often. I wear rings or I twirl my pencil (mostly rolling it but sometimes actually twiring it) or I bounce my leg In terms of class as a whole. I've learned to communicate with people around me with how I'm doing. For example, I sometimes get really bad anxiety before giving a presentation. I let me teachers know what can help me in the situation... basically asking for accommodation.
