I am on Prozac for my anxiety and depression and I keep forgetting to take them. My issue is I get really bad migraines when I’m off of them. I just need to figure out how to keep remembering to take them. Can anyone help me?

I use the app Medisafe. You can enter in every med you’re on and customize the time of notifications (I have some meds that are AM only, some that are PM only, and some that are both)

Iv noticed creating a check list on a whiteboard and if you don't forget anything you get a prize or something like that, even the simplest of things can help you remember more important things.

Try CeleXA. It works well and has fewer side effects if missed.
Personally, I use a pill container that is organized and I have alarms on my phone to remind me. Also, I have my mom and friend remind me when it gets really bad. If you're on your own, I would just put a ton of alarms on your phone. I hope this helps :)

Have you tried setting alarms on your phone? I feed my pets at the same time I take my meds and that seems to help me remember to take them. I don't know if you have pets but you can always try that!
