I started taking a magnesium supplement recently for my migraines and I have felt such a reduction in severe symptoms, it might be something that you could bring up to your doctor to start taking and to make sure it doesn't interfere with what you are already taking

Definitely go see a neurologist. It could be environmental factors, diet, stress, or an assortment of other possibilities. For years doctors told me i was eating too much fruit, not sleeping enough, i was too anxious, etc. Just find the doctor that trusts you as a paitent. I cycled through a few different medications, and settled on two different medications, one a blood pressure med and the other is an SSRI, which is what a lot of people take for headaches or anxiety disorders. I also personally like staying away from processed meats, coffee, and certain smells. I hope u find something that works for you :)
