Ugh yes....I went to go see twice in concert, they're my faves, and I didn't feel one ounce of happiness. I don't even feel happiness when I'm supposed to and it sucks.

Every now and then my mood drops and I lose charisma and drive, I usually just find things I want to do and enjoy and surround myself with them. Relying on people during this time might lead to codependency and attachment issues so please be careful and live for you<3
