Struggling with Health and Loss: My Story

hey First post . here a background on me I have multiple physical and mental health problems. this year alone I had a temporary feeding tube and a 3 weeks in 🏥 where not only did I have a positive covid test . my ex tried to give my pup to rspca cos she was to much to handle. fast forward to getting home none stop argument about how am not ill it all in my head. a 2 week later he started to shout all I remember me taking an od. it turn out I when on a ptsd episode and flipped out started to punch and kick him the od then when missing. when they found me I was arrested and sectioned. I thought that was the worst time of my life . how wrong was I. Well my pup which is a seizure service dog. was very ill in end of october with a infection in her womb. sadly during her surgery They found a lump too and her womb didn't look normal and couldn't control the bleeding and we had to put her down . since them am to scared to go out just in case I have a seizure . not only she was my seizure dog but also she can detect if my glucose leaves drop or if am going to be ill. I really scared. but on a good note I managed 3month without being in a flare #GastroparesisWarrior
