Does Trazadone make anyone else tired and in a mental fog the day after? I don't take it often for that reason but I'm supposed to take it. I found it and it doesn't mess with my mental health, it helps me sleep. But I feel so out of it the next day, it's hard to function.

Its depends on how long I sleep

Everyday, but I also take 2 other sleeping pills
I take 200mgs of Trazodone a night, it’s not just for sleep though, it also acts as a secondary mood stabilizer so if you’re prescribed it it’s very important to take it. I do notice it’s hard-ish to wake up but I used to be on a high dose of Seroquel so it’s nothing compared to the Seroquel hangover I’m used to. But personally, without my Morning coffee Im useless. If caffeine doesn’t make you anxious I’d suggest a cup of tea or coffee to help you wake up. ☺️

@CSweet94 no caffeine for me lol
@CSweet94 I can't drink coffee due to my epilepsy. Learned that the hard way lol
@HocusFocus have you tried Vitamin B???
Yeah, I take it to help me sleep, but I do get groggy the day after, so I only take half. 🙂
@Kaitybug even half, I get that way
