having this aching feeling of guilt - just because my partner and I disagreed. I can stop myself from spiraling trying to convince myself that since they said they're not mad at me, I need to believe them. I've been trained my whole life to decipher what other people actually mean and now I have a hard time just trusting. I've struggled with thoughts of suicide in the past and these are the moments it comes back strong, and all I can think about is how I want to hurt myself.

      I can relate 100%. I overthink everything, especially when it comes to interactions with those closest to me. I do my best to push the intrusive thoughts out of my thoughts asap. Just know you are not alone. I'm here to chat if you need to.

      I get that completely. Its hard to believe what others say. I nmknow easier said than done but if you have anything to destract you anything you enjoy try doing that to move past this. Im sure he knows you well im sure you guys are honest with each other. If he was mad, no reason for him to say he's not if he really is. I know all this sucks. Your not alone.

      yes - I have a therapist and this is something I'm working on but still hard sometimes
