I'm currently am going through tests and seeing different specialist for different things. I'm seriously concerned about some issues. And when I try to talk my gf she says it's just stress and anxiety. and I dont need to go to hospital. etc. I don't know how to express what I'm going through and how I feel. anyone else have similar issue?

ah, I've been there before, although I dont think my rhr was quite that high, yikes. I wish people trusted us more to know what our bodies are saying and whether something is anxiety or not. Maybe ask gf to trust you like that? Idk.

I think she is so dismissive cuz I hide it well. I've always been very adaptable even as a young kid. One time my rhr was up over 200. She said it was just anxiety. I wasn't anxious about anything, but she said I was good. It went on for 6 hours before it finally went down. I was at hosp 2 days prior for chest pain but they didn't find anything. So she figured I was fine. Shrugs

Is there any specific reason she is being so dismissive of it? Even if it is just stress and anxiety, it is very good to take tests to rule out other possibilities and double check. It is how I have gotten through my issues. I hope you can figure out how to help her understand.
