      I agree that it’s definitely trial and error of what you can an can’t eat. I have to stay completely away from any products made with corn/corn meal. Also corn in general, strawberries and occasionally broccoli.

      It really kind of depends on the person. I've personally never had a problem with popcorn,spicy food or coffee but I cant have brocolli or strawberries. Since I was so young when I was diagnosed (age 16) my experience over the years has really been trial and error.

        @kelzbellz yes that's true, food's don't affect everyone the same for example strawberries don't affect me but popcorn was killing me.

      No spicy foods, stay away from food containing small seeds and stay away from popcorn!!!! That was real hard for me, I love popcorn but have not touched it in 3 year's and it really solved the issue of flare ups. Fruits and vegetables are great. Eating healthy will help a lot. Stay away from cokes and carbonated drinks as much as possible.

        @BellaNoche ty what about coffee

          @Davidsangelina I only drink 1 cup in the morning and I buy good organic low acid coffee. If I'm out and drink Starbucks I ask for the blonde roast. They darker the coffee the higher in acid.
