Do you guys sometimes get extremely bothered by things but maybe a few weeks after it doesn't bother you at all? and it's kinda a cycle. I feel I get bothered by more stuff when I have the week/days I get angry/frustrated easier.

      I definitely know what you are talking about! On stressful days things bother me more. If I feel I'm in these days I try to calm down, so I practice meditation, breathing, and yoga. Sometimes it helps me overcome the stress and the thoughts that bother me pass.
