Struggling with Mental Health Due to Narcissistic Mother

This is always a tough pill to swallow and a lot of days I feel the same way. Some days are worse than others, like when my family acts like they've done nothing wrong during my whole childhood when it was the exact opposite and then don't approve of my forms of treatment, which is currently a service dog. Just remember that you're here now and you can be the best person you can be because you have that choice. Also, don't be afraid to go no contact with family members who don't respect you, your boundaries, or your choices. Hope you feel better soon 🤗
