Yes I have both. I take topiramate and sumitriptan for my headaches. I have muscles aches in my neck and shoulders also but I think it's coming from my degenerative disc disease in my neck. The pain travels down my arms and I have a hard time raising my arms up. I'm probably looking at another neck surgery soon.
