How do you cope with changes to your body? I've gained weight recently and I feel like being autistic has made it so much harder to be ok with it... I just want everything back the way it was :(

Omg I feel this. Change is very very hard. Even changes in my body. It might seem weird but I take some extra time to myself when my headspace is in a more curious and open space and I explore and get to learn what the change is. Study and acquaint myself. Then it becomes the new normal. I sat in from of the mirror the other day not to judge but to to learn and it was really helpful and fruitful. I walked away feeling much better

@j_Bug take your time with it. Be gentle and curious.
