Struggling to Get the Medication I Need

I spent the day fighting to get meds that I need. I've been trying to get a COPD med filled for (literally) three months. I got so fed up I gave up on it and just doubled up on other treatments (nebulizer and etc). Now the fight is my bipolar med. I have called Dr office, the pharmacy, my ins company countless times. I finally got someone helpful today only to find out my Dr office has been sending pre authorization requests to the wrong fucking company. I could scream!!! I know mistakes happen but given the amount of times I've called and how long this has been going on IMO this is unforgivable. Worse yet the lady at my Dr office acted like I was drug seeking. I don't take anything that you would over take, sell or etc. the only reason I hadn't run out until recently is my last primary care wrote me a 3 months supply in case I had problems when I switched (I moved to another state).
