I'm currently having a hard time managing my pots. I'm not diagnosed yet (i have an appointment soon) so it makes it hard to get supports. I find myself passing out / feeling faint a lot. it's hard to get myself up and doing things. any suggestions? I don't really know where to start.

Honestly it’s not that much better when you’re diagnosed. I’m diagnosed with POTS and there’s still not much in terms of treatment
Compression socks, abdominal binder, high salt diet, electrolytes, fluids, slow movements, and most importantly document what you can for your Dr appointment so they have as much info as needed to help create a plan! Hope this helps.
