Dealing with Parotid Gland Pain in Lupus and Sjogren's

What do you use to get those electrolytes in?

Sounds lame but drinking water (with electrolytes) staying away from inflammatory foods, and making sure my hormones are balanced, has helped the most. In the past I had always noticed parotid swelling close to my period or when I ate something that my parotid’s REALLY didn’t like.

I haven’t anything that has worked yet and I’ve Sjorgen’s for a few years
