I can't sleep! I've tried alcohol, brown noise, CBD+THC which just gives me munchies, mantras, meditation, mindfulness, Melatonin, Lunesta, Valerian, & white noise! Ritalin?

      Doctor put me on trazodone 25mg for when needed. Catnip tea is a powerful herbal sedative; Don't take if pregnant or on lithium.

      5 htp is a really good sleep regulation supplement. Must be taken with a light carbohydrate. I only slept for four hours for twenty years. Realised I needed to teach myself how to sleep for about right hours per night, give or take the odd hour. Remember, not having enough sleep will destroy much of your capacity to rationalise, or think properly. Celiac disease, with vitamin D deficiency, has caused so much more damage. But has taught me so much more. However, I have much more to learn, hence me being here.
