I feel like giving up. I'm tired all the time. It's a struggle just to go for a walk. I physically can but I have no motivation. I'm just tired of failing and I want to go back to bed.

Been reading all this and just want to know how you guys push to take that first step? I think of all the reasons I should walk and get healthy but can't seem to awaken that final push to do so.
Even if you only walk 10 minutes you're lapping everyone on the couch! Every little bit counts. And as you walk more and lose weight you'll get more energy. At least that's what I'm telling myself because when I get home I want sit on the couch the rest of the night. :)

I'm in South Florida, Broward County, I'm eager to be and healthy, to lose weight, and embrace a healthy lifestyle, we can do it.
@Norla there is this youtube channel called therapy in a nutshell. It's ran by s license therapist. She has a video on how to be motivated and stay motivated. Have you tried to reach out to family and friends for support as well? Even ones you haven't seen in a while? Some other simple things that could help is to get out and walk around. And see your doctor. It's funny half of the time when I have the same problem, it's because my vitamin d was low. My grandpa said to me recently. "Go dig a ditch" if your feeling low or thinking of something bad just do something simple. Sorry I hope that wasn't too much info. You can do it!šš¤
