I have started getting serious about weight loss so I can control my prediabetes. I don't hardly eat anything as it is, I usually only eat lunch & dinner sometimes I only eat once a day. I lost 9lbs but it seems like I'm gaining weight I seemed to have gained 5 of those lbs back anyone have any tips?

I lost my fiance a year ago. Before he passed away, ate once, maybe twice, a day, and a lot of timesit was just summer crackers. After he passed, I moved in with my cousin who made me eat at least one real meal a day. After doing that for a year, I've lost 60 pounds. So, my best advice is actually eat. Watch what you eat, but actually eat.

@mskitty76 I also started drinking more water and less sweetened drinks like tea or mountain dew.
