if you see this and have ADD/ADHD please respond ✨yes✨ or 💥no💥 to the following: do your hyper fixations cycle through multiple times? (as in you typically cycle through several hyperfixations without fully losing them)

I'm constantly installing and uninstalling game apps all the time. Install one play for about an hour or two then I uninstall and it's on to the next one. 🥴 repeat!

I have had a hyperfixation stage on; numerous instruments, herpetology, fish keeping, skateboarding, botany, microbiology, biomedical, biochemistry, pc building, many many video games, electronics repair, 3D printing, and probably a lot more that I've honestly forgot. it makes for a cool list of aquired skills lol, but most i get bored of within a month to a few years (herpetology being the only one that's lasted from around 5 years old lol)

I fall in and out of playing different instruments all the time, and I'll pick up playing new instruments before I soon lose interest. I've also done the same with art, fashion, music genres, etc. I tend to go all-in when I hyperfixate, and then I'll lose interest to the point where I'll often take months until I suddenly can binge/enjoy it again
