before a panic attack I notice I can't swallow and the my muscles in my legs and hands feel weird almost like dead weight like I'm losing the ability to move them and the feel horrible it's hard to explain ,my hand feel the same and extremely sweaty ,it will feel like the life is being sucked out of my like the death eaters from Harry Potter I don't hyperventilate my heart does not beat fast ,I do this weird cough thing ,my vision will change ,it makes me feel like im dying
