I know how you feel. I was a chronically ill “spoony” for years who lost a sibling to suicide and got divorced leaving an abuser within one year of each other. Having healed and come out the other side, I can say this too shall pass and to hold on to that one person in your life that is always there for you, knowing your loved not for what you do but who you are. Maybe a sibling, parent, friend or coworker. Be open and vulnerable with that person or people. I never regretted sharing my struggles even though they couldn’t fix it. Moral support helps. I know friends who find much support in online LQBT groups on Facebook or other communities. I would also highly recommend regulating your nervous system as an out of whack one increases anxiety, depression, and chronic illness. Look at articles on vagus nerve regulation: breath work: box breathing (4 counts in, hold for four, exhale for 4, pause for 4 counts, repeat), singing, humming, yoga. The only way out of the jungle is through. You are worthy, enough, loved, seen and heard. See and hear yourself - validate yourself and do things you love of others cannot or will not support you. We are often missing our own love and affection. Sending you healing thoughts. ❤️🌠

I've been feeling suicidal for a while now because I can't express my pain to others. It's killing me and any opportunity I have to get better. Maybe we can talk if you want
