      I can relate. I have found it helpful to learn to understand that their anger is outside of my control. I make sure to spend some time away from them to develop my opinion outside of my fear of their anger. Or if you can’t, at least make sure they are not the only person you talk to. If you need them to hear what you have to say, understand that it may take many tries before it can sink in. Anger protects them from hearing something that they are afraid of. It’s hard not to let fear control what we do and say.

      Honestly that's a huge red flag and you shouldn't talk to them at all. Nobody should get angry at you for everything you say or do
