Need help with nightmares

I am on prazosin for nightmares and it's not working. Is anyone else taking anything that helps with their nightmares?

What’s your dosage on the Prazosin? I had to go to a pretty high dose to see results and have consistently had to increase the dose by 1mg every 3-4 months as my body adjusts to it. Also taking it twice a day helps a lot for me.
