@rackie I had debilitating panic attacks once. I lost 16 lbs in 2 weeks. Docs ran every test and couldn't figure it out. I had episodes that lasted 30 seconds or less. I thought I had nobody and my dog was my best friend. I finally went to a psychologist to figure it out. So much better with a antidepressant. No one can tell you what medicine to take but your doctor. You should talk to him honestly if you think the one you are taking is not working. Best of luck to you!
