Is it normal to have a low sex drive or barely any sex drive with PCOS? If so what have you done or know of that could help to increase the sex drive?

    For me, my sex drive is ALWAYS high. But I've heard that with PCOS, low sex drive is extremely common. I'm not exactly sure what you could do, because I don't have that problem.

    yes! that is 100% normal. with PCOS, it can go either way. one of my friends has zero sex drive. hardly any sexual feelings ever. but me? my sex drive is through the roof. either way, it's totally normal

    you can try natural aphrodisiacs and better sleep. A better diet also helps, like if i eat too much carbs i get really low in sex drive
