This is another thing where I recommend my post. It gives you a VERY easy (compared to every other method I've tried)(still difficult but much more manageable and realistic) When you dont want to get better changing one habit like just focusing on one task it doesn't feel so hard and even you don't want to do it and keep sinking usually that one task can be completed at some point during your day. Like showering was my first and I was able to convince myself of the one task because I thought about how nice it would be to still be in my bed in my depressive state but feel clean and comfy. Then thats already progress! Even if it takes months to be consistent every time you get that in and find yourself enjoying that feeling, you're more likely to do it again because your brain likes it and then again and again until you WANT to do it because it feels GOOD! Please check out that post it is the best advice I've ever been able to give because it's so much more simple than what people tell you to do to get better. I also would love to talk about in messages of anyone would like or like to find their personal starting task

Sometimes I find that I can't help it, if it starts to get bad I let it? I don't know if that's healthy but I find that it's worse if i try and fight it. It's kind of like riding the wave, ride the wave but just be sure not to sink

Okay I made a post about this giving advice. It starts with "this is my perspective of the "self care" thing" I talk about what I went through for an entire year to create a foundation sp when I spiral again I return to the foundation and work back up. Check it out really it might help!

Listening to uplifting, positive music helps me, watching shows that make me happy, being kind to myself, and reaffirming myself and speaking up to my friends and family about how I’m feeling and requesting a little bit of extra affection and validation. You’re strong you got this, stay strong, you’re not your thoughts!
