does anyone else experience significant pain when needing to hold your body up? like, the movements and holding needed to not be 100% relaxed muscles-wise. it hurts so much for me and exacerbates my fatigue. wondering if anyone knows how to make it better

I find that practical things for the pain of holding a position comes from advice I learned in physical therapy. Take that as a sign that you need to change positions or add in supports in those areas. If I’ve been sitting for too long, I get up and stretch or do gentle yoga on the floor. And if the fatigue comes on, I straight up lay down. Even if you don’t sleep, just laying there will help recharge you some.

I'm n constant pain along w the fatigue. Drs are thinking it's autoimmune. Still waiting for Rheumatologist. Pain always exacerbates my fatigue. So far only thing that helps is having my medical marijuana card. Even pain killers don't work much. But it's a catch 22 cuz u don't wanna b high all day either. I been taking Kratom for pain and energy but today I started a stimulant and feel freaking wonderful. Even helps keep mind off pain. Def Wud talk 2 ur Dr. Get pain management and a neuro and a rheumatologist

Yes I experience this too!! Not constantly though. The feeling will come on randomly, and I usually am able to sit down and check in with myself. My body is always exhausted, but is there something I can do to help it? How much water have I had today, maybe I need to drink more? Could my blood sugar or blood pressure be low? I go through all of that and really check in with my body, so I can give it what it needs. Usually things are a bit more bearable after I eat a high protein snack or drink a bit of caffeine.
