has any of your manic episodes ever hurt someone very badly emotionally or made relationships extremely difficult to navigate? and how do you move past the guilt of saying something you didn't mean because the mania was talking instead? I have apologized and have since been using distractions to escape from the issue but it seems like my mind is ruminating about the same situation over and over and I can't make it stop.

you are so right. We may have these conditions and they try to break us down but we're better than them and we CAN and will get better, we do got this!!! it is only a matter of time and effort and being self aware, trying to distinguish emotions and accept the emotions for what they are and moving forward. I'm using these words as affirmations!

thank you, I really needed to hear this. I have been trying to make amends, and take responsibility of what i said, but its so hard to not listen to the voice that keeps fighting me on everything, telling me I ruin everything and failed friendships or relationships is my fault and I'm undeserving of good things. This big bully is so hard to beat.
