Struggling with Depression

I remember feeling very heavy. Like the weight of the world was upon me. You may have a similar feeling. I felt I was paralyzed by the weight. But it only went away by therapy and connecting with other people. And I mean baby steps here. Sometimes I wouldnt get out of bed. Or I'd fight to get up to get something to eat. I'd have to "trick" myself. And it took time. I hope this helps.
