      I know it isn’t as effective or accurate as seeing a psychologist, but there are also a lot of symptom checks and information online you could check out just to get a better idea.

      Reach out to a psych clinic and have them assess you.

      See a psychiatrist or a doctor to receive a clinical diagnosis. They can do tests and try to see if adhd is the correct diagnosis!

        @KrispyKris the thing is that, I don't have the resources to see a Psychiatrist, and this is affecting a little to much my life 😥 but thanks for you response! I would try it if I can, one day.

          @Soren839 I totally understand! Do you know if there are any free therapist through a school or program? Sometimes they can diagnose you! In New Mexico there are free therapist through the university. Maybe there can be something like that!
