      Well, medicine helps handle the chemical side of things, so if you continue to have untriggered mood swings then you need a different or better med combo. If you can identify triggers then you need to discuss those with a therapist and process the trauma with them. Once you process and understand it then you need to do the healing outside of the therapist office and report your progressions and regressions. Mental health is a roller coaster and a life-long journey, exciting at times and grueling at others. Love yourself and embrace the changes as they come. Surround yourself with people that are there for the highs and the lows.

      Exercise. If you don't like gym buy a punching bag. If not try yoga. Walking. Writing or drawing. Sometimes it's not that we lack meds or therapy, it's that we are sitting still for too long.
