      @AmethystRain yes please go you need to get help I’m on antidepressants now to help my niece has fibromyalgia and she is on pain meds to help her and it definitely makes a difference also if where you live is not right and affecting your mental health tell the Dr xxx

      Have you been to your Doctor to get help with the pain and also look at help with depression please ask for help I’m positive you will feel so much better if you speak to someone xx

        @Jobey thank you for the kind thoughts i do go to dr.but im gonna try and get to a pain specialist as for my depression have not had meds in almost a year because i moved to a different state abd it took me a while to get insurance here but mow i have it so just need to find a dr been putting it off due to living in a shelter things are so much up in the air which is adding to my state if mind not being so great but as they say this too shall pass thanks again 😊🦋🌹
