I dont remember the last time I had more than a hour sleep at night.ive been on highest dose of melatonin for years. not sleeping really effects me I've tried everything herbal and over the counter.its when I get my darkest thoughts. I'm seeing a new Dr next week who's happy for suggestions. I'm EXHASTED I'm crying 90% time. have you been put on anything successful with sleep??? As I've Monday ill be uhaving daily injections of semaglutide saxenda for weightloss. I eat very little..the only time I snack is in the night like bordem snacking so any suggestions?
