is there something you can slide over those wooden stick things on like popsicles and corndogs? I can't stand wooden and cardboard textures.

@Romii OMG YES! I have one of those! It's kinda cheap and flimsy (the stick isn't nearly long enough so it often slides out of the popsicle, leaving it stuck in the mold) but I quite enjoy it :) ... made popsicles out of pickle juice once. But anyways texture-wise it is MUCH MORE PREFERRABLE

There are DIY popsicle molds and the sticks are plastic, so you could maybe try that

I HATE the texture of wood in my mouth, I hate that it's like I can taste it and it ruins the dish for me (popsicle or otherwise)

@chimp that's fair. I just really like popsicles and stuff but even seeing wooden things can make me gag lol

@zanderolsen I do have gloves actually! They work great but I'm always nervous to get them dirty lol

Look up "small silicone bags" on Amazon, they're meant for food storage, but I have similar sensory problems and I've found them really helpful for holding things that are unpleasant for me to touch

Biting on paper towels is just as bad
