Struggling with Depression During the Holidays

Going through a bit of a depressive episode right now and it's hard not to dampen other people's holiday joy. Also in a bit of a physical flare, it's just hard to see everyone so happy about the new year and reflecting on 2022 (everyone did so much more than me because of my health which I know is fine but it still makes me long for what could've been). The holiday obligation of gatherings and chatting is really weighing me down right now. I just want to curl up in my bed and wait for this sad detatchment to leave lol, health issues don't take a break for the holidays that's for sure
