so I have been very non compliant with my machine. I've just never been able to stay with it. I had my doctor re-do my at home sleep test. just to see how bad I need to be on it. my results were that I had 10 events per hr. my oxygen dropped to 88 or 86 I think. my doctor ok with me trying other things. I decided to use my concentrator at night for my oxygen. I want to see if just sleeping with the nasal canula would be a lot easier.
