I like to color. Simple, but it actually helps me sometimes.
I have a coping kit with tons of stuff in it
Therapy, I did EMDR (not sure how much it helped), I do take vitamin and herbal supplements. Meditation actually puts me into panic attacks! Medical marijuana has been a lifesaver for me! I also have a little device called a Chill Pill that seems to help calm me down if I feel like I'm heading toward a panic attack. It just sends a small electric current into my hand. Doesn't hurt. There's science behind it, but I don't remember all the details. It just helps me, so I don't ask questions... š https://mendyourmental.com/
I've recently been getting into meditation more and sometimes adding delta-8 the mix and journal my more worry-free thoughts, as well as trippy visual videos with some frequencies playing. I also recently downloaded this app called Lumenate which uses really quick light flashes from your flashlight with your eyes closed to aid in exploring your subconscious and an altered state of consciousness (similar to Dreamachine)
I have a therapist, but I do not tell her everything that I'm going through...
