Hey ya'll. I'm a 24 year old trans man, currently about 3 weeks on T. I'm having a really tough time lately. Had a horrible breakdown yesterday about my identity not being real and not knowing why my family doesn't understand. I even thought to myself like would they believe me if I told them it was a disease and T was the medicine I needed to be on to fix it.
