Hello! I have been really struggling with anxiety and depression recently and am not sure how much is mental health on its own and how much my possible PCOS is tying into it. Any recommendations for not having almost daily panic attacks at work?

If at all possible, get your mineral and vitamin levels checked! For example, you could have an imbalance of Sodium, Vitamin D or Magnesium that is the main cause! That has been the case for both my mom and I over the last couple of years. Low Vitamin D in the Fall was the primary root of my mothers SAD being so severe. You could just be needing a mineral or vitamin boost!
Try to take a walk on your breaks (I’m super impressed you can work so first off- yay you! Be proud my dear) whenever possible. Have ongoing sound wether it be meditation music, lullabies or even a fan blowing steadily. Square breathing is helpful for me when I’m having panicky phases
