Does anyone have tips to what they should do to help their social anxiety? i usually listen to music but next week i have the ACT and I can’t use my phone so I have to be in silence and I don’t know what to do

Maybe try chewing gum or fidgeting with a fidget cube or other similar thing? It really helps to have something to distract you from your surroundings. When i did my ACT i tried sleeping between segments of the test and i messed with these little rubbery animal fidgets i had gotten the day before when i couldn't sleep.
