I won’t know my exact diagnosis for another week. How can I manage my RA or other issues w/o medication?

I too stay away from all nightshade vegetables along with no dairy, sugar, or anything white ( rice, potatoes, bread, etc). I eat lots of chicken, fish , veggies, fruit, beans and lentils. Sounds boring but I got used to it ..

The best thing for me is not to eat tomatoes, eggplants and other acidic foods. Best thing is protein, fruits, and vegetables, and no junk food.

I am on a strict protocol of a green smoothie and it has decreased a lot of my symptoms. Basically is a plant base diet it’s hard at the beginning but it’s so worth it because you could heal RA.

Same! So unfortunately I have the same question. My RA is attacking my feet most so they are discolored and swollen.
