My current skincare mainly consists of CeraVe and The Ordinary! I use the Gentle cleanser, the ordinary’s squalene doesn’t give me a reaction. For serums I recommend the Hydroronic acid and Rosehip oil (at night) it usually helps my flare ups Highly recommend Azelaic Acid cream they have, every derm I’ve heard recommends it for rosacea. I think it helps too. The thing I cut out was benzyl peroxide and salicylic acid and generally any alcohols I heard green teas and rosehip, as well as caffeine are very good for rosacea because they’re natural antiflamatory— Will be testing a new clay mask soon that’ll have green tea

The biggest thing I’ve found to help is to get recommendations from my Derm for skincare. Less ingredients and products is more when it comes to Rosacea. Good daily sunscreen is also key as well
Also I’ve found the cerave foaming cleanser to be irritating for my Rosacea but everyone is different. I use the gentle hydrating one or The Ordinary’s Squalane cleanser
Rosacea usually makes your skin very sensitive. If I were you I would not use any toners or witch hazel or acids-they usually inflame rosacea. I stick to gentle, hypoallergenic products with minimal ingredients like Cerave to cleanse and moisturize. To treat Rosacea you need to see a dermatologist, nothing over the counter will actually treat it

My skin is so sensitive that I have to get prescriptions, I tried to use stuff from counter and it made it worst but is bc my skin is extra sensitive.. but my first "go-to" is restrictions on my diet. No alcohol, no spicy food 😥 and my skin gets better, then I just try to find a balance before it breaks out again 😥 I hope you find something to make you feel better 🙌
I’m currently using CeraVe foaming facial cleanser, Kiehl’s milk peel toner, Versed all in one hydrating milk, Vichy mineral 89 hydrating serum, Laneige water back moisture cream, and Farmacy Honey Grail face oil

My skin just has a really red and flushed look around my cheeks especially. My skin is also very textured, combination, and on bad days it gets more dry and flaky. I’ve noticed that hydrating products help the most so far, but even then some hydrating products make my skin sting
