hi, i’m daisy! i have a lumbosacral transition vertebra, otherwise known as bertolotti’s syndrome (BS). i’ve had a steroid injection and a defusion over a year ago. my surgery left me with visits to physical therapy to help with nerve damage. besides meds and physical therapy, is there anything else i can do to help with the nerve pain plus back stiffness and pain?
