Does anyone on depression/anxiety medication get an uncontrollable rage over the smallest things and in the moment it was like a huge deal but as you look back you got so unnecessarily mad. I’ve dealt with this for so long, I thought at first it was like a teenager phase and you grow out of but I never grew out of it. Does anyone have any ways to deal with this thing?

If a medication is causing this, you need to tell your doctor because it isn't a normal experience. If a medication isn't causing it, I would recommend asking your doctor about a mood stabilizer
